"Squeaking Balls Stopped After 30 Minutes"
I've bought three of these balls. Two of 'em from Amazon are red, and they broke almost immediately—the round squeaker popped out and is now stuck inside the rubber ball (both are red). The one I got from Chewy is yellow, has a scent, and is still functioning (the squeaker came loose a bit, so I used a tiny screwdriver to nudge it back into place).

I reached out to playologypets.com by emailing the address on the rubber ball's package on 11/22/2022, then I sent a follow-up email. They haven't replied to either message, and here we are on 02/19/2023 with no response yet.

"Gave one of their products a shot..."
We chose to give one of their items a go after sticking with a Kong for ages. Not knowing what would suit us best, I ended up picking the wrong one, and our pup tore it apart in less than 10 minutes. We all know that decent toys don’t come cheap, but after chatting with Karen, she sorted it out, and now we’re all back to being happy. I’d definitely use this product again, no doubt about it! 😊

"Awesome Support from the Team"
I bought a Squeaky Chew Stick for my German Short Hair Pointer, and it only lasted about ten minutes. I reached out to Karen, and she kindly sent me a squeaky chew ball. My dog has been playing with it for a few weeks now, and he absolutely loves it. The ball is amazing and still looks brand new. Working with Karen and Playology has been a real joy.

"Highly recommend this item for pet owners!"
I’d totally suggest this item to anyone with a pup. It’s not just tough enough for my heavy chewer, but the customer support is top-notch too. The package claims a guarantee and even provides an email address. When my dog managed to destroy the first one in just 20 minutes, I shot over an email with a pic. Karen was super helpful, asked about my dog, and sent me two replacements that were better suited for him. Overall, it was a really nice experience.

"Honest to Their Promise"
Initially, I figured these toys were a bit on the expensive side, but after having a few, Brick the labradoodle only managed to wreck one. Recalling the Playology guarantee, I reached out to Karen. True to their word, she not only replaced it but also sent one that suited Brick's play style. The quality is evident not just in their items but also in their customer support. I wholeheartedly recommend this company and their offerings!

"Awesome toys with crinkle and squeaker!"
To start off, my pup was totally into the snail. She managed to unroll it and had a blast chewing on it. I also picked up the crinkle egg. She's not as keen on that one, but we have fun tossing it around, and she seems to like it. I had a chat with Karen from customer service about which toy would be best for her. She was fantastic! I’m for sure gonna grab more toys from Playology!

"Purchased the dri-tech ring for my pup..."
I got the dri-tech ring for my 8-month-old retriever, and it was wrecked in less than an hour. I really don't like it when a company says a toy is 'indestructible' or meant for 'heavy chewers' when it clearly isn't. I feel like I threw away 30 bucks on something that was misrepresented as being for 'tough chewers.' Honestly, if this is the kind of quality I can expect, these toys shouldn't be priced so high.

"Phenomenal Experience with Playology"
I had a fantastic time dealing with Playology! Karen was super quick to respond and really thoughtful in assisting me to pick out a chew toy for my puppy. My fussy little guy wasn’t interested in the one we got before, but Karen swiftly arranged for a different chew toy. I just wish every company had this level of customer service. "Disappointed with the heavy-duty chew toys"
I'm really not happy with this product. I picked up a number 3 toy for my Cane Corso, thinking it was the toughest option they had, but it was gone in just an hour after my girl got her teeth on it. Then I noticed they offered an even sturdier rubber toy, so I gave that a shot, but once again, within an hour, there were bits of rubber everywhere and the toy was toast. I'm gonna stick with Kong black toys since it takes her about a month to chew those up.

"The toy didn't last long with my pup..."
My pup managed to tear up the toy he received. Karen had a chat with me about the kinds of toys my dog enjoys and how tough he is on them. She promptly sent a replacement toy at no cost and was super helpful and really nice!

Playology is truly a great company! I bought a toy that my pup managed to rip apart pretty quickly. I reached out to Karen, their customer service rep, and she sent me a replacement that was much better for my dog. I’d gladly suggest Playology to anyone looking!

"Top-notch customer support!"
I just bought a Playology chew toy for our 5-month-old setter pup, but he didn't seem too keen on it. I contacted karen@playologypets (check the back of the package) for some tips on how to get him more into it. She got back to me super fast with suggestions and even asked if I’d be open to trying one of their other toys. This customer service team is seriously one of the best I’ve ever dealt with. Kudos to Playology!

"ADORE PLAYOLOGY TOYS"
My one-year-old border collie, weighing 35 pounds, is a big fan of Playology's dog toys, be it the bones or the balls. I always grab her the medium size, and it fits her just right! I suggest that anyone looking for top-notch products should definitely check out Playology.

"Top-notch pet-care company I've encountered!"
I bought a toy for my dog from this company, and within moments, my little pit bull tore it apart. I felt pretty let down and saw that they had an email for customers who weren’t completely happy. So, I decided to reach out, and I was totally impressed by their amazing customer service! They sent me a replacement toy, specifically designed for tough chewers. Seriously, this is the best company I've dealt with in ages. I can't recommend them enough!
